With Service Providers: Data may be shared with third-party vendors (e.g., hosting or app infrastructure providers), under strict data protection agreements, only for operating the App.

Legal Requirements: Data may be disclosed if required by applicable laws, court orders, or to protect the company's rights.

If your data is processed or stored on servers outside the EU (e.g., Google Cloud or Firebase services), such transfers will comply with applicable GDPR safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
