REGULATION (EC) 1907/2006 “REACH”

Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies has developed the functional specification 0.41.15 that defines the modalities of acknowledgment and management of REACH Regulation.

The products supplied by Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies do not contain substances intended to be released under normal conditions of use or under reasonably foreseeable conditions of use.

Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies has decided that its own sales products have no SVHC in quantity above 0.1% in concentration weight/weight. In case this is not technologically possible we commit ourselves to inform the customer.

Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies is in constant contact with its own suppliers to comply with REACH Regulation through supply chain management and verification.

DIRECTIVE 2011/65/EU “RoHS”

Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies has developed the functional specification 0.41.14 that defines the modalities of acknowledgment and management of RoHS Directive.

The products that fall within the categories indicated in the Directive 2011/65/EU are in compliance with the provisions of the RoHS Directive.

Highly aware of the amendments of the Directive (EU) 2015/863 Zoppas Industries is verifying and gathering information from our suppliers and we will bring the products into conformity within the deadline indicated in the Directive.

CUSTOMER RESTRICTION MATERIAL LIST

Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies has developed the functional specification 0.41.33 that defines the modalities of acknowledgment and management of the Customers Restriction Material Lists (RML) requests and/or similar, defining duties and responsibilities in order to answer to customer specific requirements relating to hazardous substances used in products manufactured.
