Electric cable heating element
We manufacture electric heating cables suitable for applications where perfect insulation is required, even in immersion or very humid environments.
These heating elements are made up of a resistive wire wound on a fiberglass support, with an insulating coating available in different materials, depending on the Customer’s needs.

Depending on the technical specifications of the application, we support customers in the most efficient sizing of heating cables and in the choice of the relevant connection and regulation systems.
A peculiar characteristic of heating cables is the possibility of having integrated cold parts (without junctions) and of calibrating the heat distribution by adjusting, in length, zones with different specific powers. The resistors are available in coils, to be cut according to the project needs.
Heating cables are the preferred solution as anti-condensation in commercial/industrial and domestic refrigeration equipment, or as anti-freeze for drain pipes and defrost water in the cold chain.
We also offer heating cables on single or double aluminum sheets, with single or double PVC and/or silicone insulation, with or without adhesive, combined with various terminal connections.
Whether it is silicone or PVC, the cable can be inserted into an aluminum tube, which is bent into the desired shape, to ensure protection and heat exchange.
We also supply self-regulating cables, with variable power, both for maintaining the temperature of tanks and pipes and as anti-freeze for ramps.
PVC CABLE HEATING ELEMENTS
For applications reaching maximum operating temperatures of 65°C (external sheath detection) we supply heating cable resistors, available in various diameters, insulated (single or double level) with PVC 105°C.
Made up of a resistive wire wound on a fiberglass support and covered with PVC which, if necessary, is protected with a metal braid, also useful for grounding, or a sheath.
SILICONE CABLE HEATING ELEMENTS
For applications reaching maximum operating temperatures of 120°C (external sheath detection) we supply heating cable resistors, available in various diameters, insulated (single or double level) with silicone rubber.
The power supply can be from one side only (single-ended cable).
They are made up of a resistive wire wound on a fiberglass support and covered with silicone which, if required, is protected with a sheath or metal braid, also useful for grounding.
