Packaging

The packaging market is constantly evolving in order to reduce environmental impact. Specifically with regard to the food sector, materials and technologies used are changing in favour of increasingly sustainable solutions.

Sealing bar / Plate sealing machines

Bar sealers are used for sealing polypropylene bags and insulating materials.
Plate sealers, mainly used for food packaging, allow the temperature to be adjusted according to the product and withstand the mechanical stresses of the machines on which they are mounted.

For this application, Zoppas industries provides a wide range of tubular or microcoil heating elements designed to work in contact with plastic materials.

Our products feature variable specific power over their entire length and are available in square, rectangular and cylindrical sections.

Tunnel Heatshrink / Semi-automatic chamber machines

Packaging machines with thermoplastic films use heat to package products.
The heat shrinking tunnel, used for light and easy to handle packaging, is designed to cover the product with a heat shrink plastic film.
For these applications, we produce smooth, finned tubular heaters assembled within appropriate frames.
Our range of solutions is based on proven design platforms and an extensive catalogue of available products.

Hot-melt glue system

Hot melt glue machines and adhesive dispensing systems are used to seal and coat a variety of consumer products, industrial applications for packaging, product assembly and non-woven fabric.
We design and manufacture tubular heaters, cartridges and band heaters for these systems. To complete the range we supply more complex heating systems including sensors and dedicated electrical connections.

Asphalt Pavers

The paving screed consists of a main plate, two extensions and the tamper.

The elements then convert the electricity generated durring testing of stand by power or by overspeeding of wind turbines etc into heat.

Steam / Hot water cleaning machine
