Company Description

Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies (IRCA SPA), is a company that manufactures electric heating elements and complete heating systems with electronic controls for industrial and domestic applications.

Founded in 1963 by the Zoppas family, who still own the company, it currently has three production plants in Italy and more than 11 plants worldwide, as well as various sales offices that cover the global market. Thanks to its strong market leadership, which is based on solid expertise and constant innovation, it has developed various application sectors over the years (e.g. Automotive, Space, Aeronautics, Medical, Food Service, Process Heating, etc.), structuring a highly managerial organisation where the Italian HQ controls the entire group globally.


Position

This position will be fully responsible for formulating sales strategies, business development, and team management in the Korean market, dedicated to enhancing the company market share and brand influence in home appliances, automotive, industrial, semiconductor, new energy, and related target markets in Korea.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales strategies, budgets, and business growth plans for the Korean region, ensuring achievement or exceeding of revenue and profit targets set by the company.

• Deeply explore the potential of the local Korean market, identify and develop key accounts (KA) and strategic partners, especially in core application areas of electric heaters such as home appliances, automotive, semiconductors, medical equipment,chemicals, new energy, or high-end manufacturing.

• Lead business negotiations and contract signing for major projects, maintain senior-level relationships with leading Korean enterprises, and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.

• Manage and empower the local sales team, establish a high-performance sales culture, and develop effective incentive mechanisms and training programs.

• Work closely with product, R&D, supply chain, and marketing teams to translate customer needs in the Korean market into product improvement

suggestions or customized solutions.

• Ensure all sales activities comply with local Korean laws and regulations as well as the company global compliance policies, and effectively manage accounts receivable and credit risks.


Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM fields;

• 5+ years of B2B industrial product sales experience, including at least 5 years of sales management experience in electric heaters, thermal management systems, industrial furnaces,or related fluid control equipment.Familiar with the Korean industrial market ecosystem, with customer resources in home appliances, automotive, semiconductors, display panels, batteries, or chemical industries preferred.

•Korean nationality or permanent residency in Korea, native Korean speaker, fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) as a working

language.

• Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen;strong negotiation skills and interpersonal influence;result-oriented, with the ability to lead the team to achieve goals under high-pressure environments.


Other information

Employment for this position will be handled directly by the Chinese Branch, according to the country's legislation .
