Position

As a Lean Manager You will be responsible for building the lean team at Zoppas China's factory, leading it to complete various improvement projects, achieving cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, and driving the advancement of lean practices at Zoppas China's factory.

Reporting to production operations Director, You will be based in Zhejiang, China.

Following your main objectives and responsibility:

• Establishing the lean management system within the factory,providing technical support on lean tools to the lean team.
• Regularly report lean project progress to management, summarize project outcomes, and improve project plans.
• Implement effective incentive measures to promote lean production projects and ensure their efficient operation.
• Utilize lean production tools to design and improve production methods and onsite layouts, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
• Introducing lean production practices in new factories.
• Oversee audits and continuous improvement of relevant systems, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, AEO, ATEX, and RBA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; proficiency in English as a working language.
• Knowledge of lean production principles; proficiency in various lean tools; project management experience; familiarity with production cost control, overall operational coordination, production workflows, and process standards; understanding of production quality control management; familiarity with the WCM system.
• Experience working in an international company and possessing cross-cultural communication skills.
• Over 15 years of experience in lean-related roles, with lean management experience.
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, ability to handle high work pressure, and excellent coordination skills.
